font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;"> </span></p><p style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><strong><u><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Job Responsibilities:</span></u></strong></p><ul><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Overseeing the day to day operation of the Immunochemistry section; within the Bioanalysis division.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Directly managing a team of laboratory supervisors and schedulers; who have overall responsibility for ensuring the immunochemistry lab work is scheduled and completed for client projects.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Ensuring the lab is functioning efficiently and effectively to make sure all laboratory work is carried out in line with GxP regulatory standards and to meet client deadlines.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Ensure the department is staffed effectively, resourced and equipment is functioning.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Liaise with clients, taking part in client and regulatory audits.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Involved in driving process improvement projects and working on a global scale with the wider bioanalysis team to create standard processes.</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt;
