This includes developing the global strategy to implement enhanced reporting and data analytics and advance the use of complex analytical techniques and statistical thinking across Human Resources to deliver insights.  

This role will be part of the HR Operations team and report to the Executive Director, Global HR Services & Systems.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Design and deliver HR analytics global strategy through utilizing dashboards and self service Develop data driven insights and employee lifecycle analysis to support and deliver strategic decision making for HR and the organization Create and support the development of workforce stories and actionable insights Proactively gain understanding of business needs, and then develop analytics to support those needs, including new or improved HR analytics dashboards and framework for DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) analysis, year-end performance process, compensation planning and talent reviews Partner closely with the HR Technology and IT teams on requirements, configuration and development of data architecture, reporting platform, security and dashboards. Manage requirements, testing, specifications and validation of analytics and dashboards. Oversee in partnership with HR/IT to ensure HR data model, governance, systems security, and foundational integration are effective and compliant Provide reporting to support all levels of the organization through leveraging existing reporting library or through the creation of new reports Partner with IT to automate and distribute various standard reporting requests Provide support and assist in troubleshooting any problems that arise within existing reports or dashboards Own the audit controls submissions for SuccessFactors. Job Qualifications

•    Education:  Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) required. 

•    Experience:  7+ years of experience in HR Reporting & Analytics.  An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.

•    SAP SuccessFactors and Power BI experience a plus

•    Demonstrated strong project management skills; ability to manage both the people and the details of the project

•    Ability to prioritize effectively, while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

•    Ability to multi-task with an exceptional attention to detail

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of the organization.
