• Manage Projects, People and/or Audits relevant to the Functional area as appropriate for the position.
• Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which center around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.
• As  a  Manager, the employee is expected to  recognize the importance of  and create a culture of process improvement  with a focus on streamlining  our processes adding value  to  our  business and meeting client needs. Travel (up to 35%) domestic and/or international.
• Plan and conduct QA audits and reviews as required in order to assure that clinical  research activities managed by ICON  are of the highest standard and  in  compliance with the requirements  of ICON or SponsorSOPs, study protocols, and relevant GxP requirements.
• Manage compliance projects in accordance with established timelines, budget, quality standards and/or contractual requirements.

Requirements:

• Complete Bachelor's Degree

• Leadership experience: sets a clear and convincing future direction, while communicating with clarity
• Teamwork experience: build strong and effective teams, valuing different contributions; works with and through others, involving people in issues that affect them.
• Coaching Experience: energizing & developing others, Creating an environment that motivates people; identifies development opportunities for self and others. Acts as a coach and mentor and shares expertise.
• Role models how to handle resistance, setbacks, and adversity in a resilient manner.
• Experience taking positive action to promote the well-being of all.
• Experience driving a high-performance culture through effective management of team’s performance, establishing challenging yet achievable performance goals, conducting regular check-ins and linking team performance to organizational performance.
• Experience fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
