Provides and coordinates finance-related services required the Real World Tech Solutions business.

Presents and interprets financial performance, provides guidance and expertise on key finance decisions, and explains the financial impact of operational choices.

Delivering accurate, insightful financial analysis on actual results/trends and forecast to Director, Finance and Senior VP, RWTS.

Owning/building appropriate financial analysis tools (to a high level of detail) which will drive explanation for variance analysis and decision making

Meeting regularly with global divisions to share financial data, build resource forecasts and understand operational metrics which impacts financial performance

Work closely with Director, Project Finance (US Based) to ensure revenue and contribution margin projects are accurate

Developing business plans and tracking/reporting of any business improvement or strategic opportunities which have been implemented

Ad hoc financial modelling/reporting as required

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong technical accounting skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
  • Ability to identify financial issues, develop and execute mitigating actions.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence others.
  • Management of others.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree, CPA qualified (or equivalent) and 10 years’ experience in accounting; with previous line
