Principal Accountabilities:
Business partners with the commercial product leads via 1-2-1 roadmap calls to ensure in-quarter revenue and pipelines are validated. Advises on internal revenue recognition policy to ensure assumptions for in-quarter revenue are accurate. Challenges commercial product leads to ensure an ambitious yet realistic forecast is kept. Reports to Sales Director & Head of Business Planning & Operations
Liaises closely and builds strong relationships with local and regional finance and operations teams to ensure alignment on internal forecasting requirements. Provides ad-hoc analysis and responds to queries from stakeholders to further provide visibility.
Runs the quarter end revenue close process. Provides visibility to the business of quarter end paperwork requirements through the closing list process. Ensures the quarter end ‘proof of delivery’ process is undertaken to ensure advanced visibility to the business of delivery risk. Acts as a link between the sales, delivery and sales admin teams to ensure issues affecting quarter end revenue recognition are identified and resolved, including on mitigations.
Maintains the integrity of the operations data. Program manages local and regional operational processes and initiatives. This includes annual renewal tracking, CRM activity tracking, client segmentation and targeting, Enterprise Systems migrations and overall system improvements.
Coordinates sales incentive plans. Provides commercial recommendations to optimize the effectiveness of the plan whilst working closely with the commercial leaders.
Analyses structured financial and operational reports to identify trends, anomalies and focus areas in order to achieve business objectives. Runs ad hoc analysis using Hyperion, SAP, SFDC and other data sources to provide business insights.
Supports the Head of Strategy & Operations in identifying more efficient and productive ways of working. Routinely looks for, and delivers on, opportunities to streamline and improve processes.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• preferred two (2) years’ experience of previous resource/timesheet administration
• Proven experience delivering management information via SQL Server, MS Access, Excel.
• Specialized knowledge of at least one operations area or system.
• Strong focus on process and detail whilst being able to look at wider implications.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Some knowledge of IQVIA products and services, or development and production processes would be useful.
