IQVIA Biotech is seeking a Site Contracts Administrator:

BASIC FUNCTIONS:

Responsible for maintaining   IQVIA Biotech database(s), preparing tracking, finalizing and distributing documents such as site contracts, budgets and amendments and assisting with Site Contracts Department efforts to deliver quality and timely contracts to clients. Work with both internal and external teams to ensure good communication regarding documentation processing.  Assists with maintaining documents in compliance with International Congress on Harmonization-Good Clinical Practices (ICH-GCP), country regulatory requirements and procedures set forth by IQVIA Biotech and its clients. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepares and delivers investigator / institution research-related agreements to sites. Including but not limited to Clinical Trial Agreements, Budgets, Supplemental Agreements, Amendments, etc.
  • Corresponds with investigator sites to obtain contract and budget status updates.
  • Updates and maintains study trackers with site statuses and activities.
  • Supports the Site Contracts Associates with template population, distribution, site follow up, finalization and tracking of studies.
  • Assists Site Contracts Management with study or departmental reports, as needed.
  • Follow instructions given by Site Contracts Associate and Site Contracts Management Team.
  • Updates study and departmental databases.
  • Saves finalized contracts into the appropriate study and departmental folders.
  • Conducts all activities according to appropriate IQVIA Biotech and/or sponsor SOPs.
  • Performs other duties as required.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to interact with all levels of staff.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to use sound judgment and assess and recommend specific solutions.
  • Ability to work somewhat independently, prioritize effectively and work within a matrix team environment.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Limited travel may be required.
  • Very limited physical effort required to perform normal job duties.

MINIMUM RECRUITMENT STANDARDS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience

CLASSIFICATION (US):

This position is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act; employees are eligible for overtime compensation subject to prior approval.
