<h2>Job Overview:</h2><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 14pt;">Join our team in Denver, PA as a<strong> Research Associate </strong>where we are making exciting strides in Antibody Production & Generation and Vaccine Studies.  In this position you’ll develop and run <strong>ELISA and Cell Based assays independently</strong>, you will contribute to assay development process and troubleshooting,.   Responsibilities include but not limited to;</span></p><ul><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;"><span style="color: #333333;">Perform enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (</span>ELISA) including performance of assay, quality control and data analysis.</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; color: #333333; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Develop and run ELISA and Cell Based assays independently.</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Perform cell-based assays and develop new assays as needed.</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Proficient with antibody characterization methods.</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">General mammalian cell culture procedures.</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Monoclonal Antibody creation and development.</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">In Vitro production utilizing small to medium bioreactors.</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Contribute to research and development of new procedures and refine existing ones. </span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Train new members of the team in methods and procedures of the department.</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-size: 14pt;">Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team.</span><br /><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 14pt;">Experience with Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) including delveoping novel soltuions </span><br /><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 14pt;">Experience with mammalian cell culture techniques and cell-based assays.</span><br /><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times; font-size: 14pt;">Strong organization and attention to detail.</span></p>
