Director Product Manager

The individual in this role will be responsible for:

• The development, implementation and execution of technology solutions for all Next Best Action, an interactive voice response and web response application, including enhancements, next generation development and maintenance and support.
• Define & execute the GTM strategy for the NBA
• Support sales team on client meeting and RFP responses
• Define strategy and execution plan for the delivery readiness
• Participate in client meeting as subject matter expert for the product- Work closely with cross pillar team to define the execution plan for the integrated solution-
• Work closely with thought leadership team to release white papers 

As a Director you will derive the product development of an ‘insight generation’ module.  Your missions will encounter the following:

• Own the product road map working closely with client and internal stakeholder
• Responsible for the development, implementation and execution of technology solutions for all Insight Generation modules, an interactive voice response and web response application, including enhancements, next generation development and maintenance and support
• Coordinate the day to day activities of development teams to ensure high quality, accurate and - timely deliverables which meet stakeholder requirements.
• Develop awareness of product and how they can be utilized in client scenarios
• Work closely with the sales team during client presentation and RFP process
• Work closely with go to market team to develop internal and client facing go to market contents
• Define strategy and execution plan for the delivery readiness
• Coach and mentor teams and contribute to thought leadership
• Work closely with thought leadership team to release white papers 

Qualifications:

• Pharmaceutical domain knowledge
• Experience in sales force planning and execution
• Experience in developing AI/ML model
• Experience in client facing roles
• Experience or interest in cutting-edge and trending tools and technologies
• Ability to communicate complex challenges succinctly to stakeholders with limited technical expertise avoiding technical jargon
• Ability to work on own initiative and to work under pressure
