Intern - Part-time Accounting Clerk

Purpose of the role:

Closely supervised entry level duties as data entry and data upload related to Accounts payable, Travel Expense, Master Data or RTR area.

This job is for a fixed duration not to exceed 12 months, with no guarantee to subsequent employment with the Company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Invoice data entry to IQVIA financial system
• Invoice data upload to website based applications
• Performs other duties / learning activities as directed

Basic wage:  5 EUR  gross/ per hour

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Appropriate verbal and written communication skills to function within a professional work environment.
• English language (level B2)
• Working knowledge of MS – Office suite of applications
• Attention to detail
• Previous internship in a SSC is a plus

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Daily university student preferably in Economic field but not required
• Knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, Greek or Turkish is an advantage
