2284 - Supplier Services Analyst 2

Principal Accountabilities:

• Set up and maintain the Supplier Payment system.
• Maintain/update/reconcile the monthly Financial Panel for the TSA, Rx and ITD lines of business.
• Lead the monthly business and finance meeting to review the current months panel cost variance and discuss any supplier issues.
• Coordinate with Data Management for supplier store counts used for panel payments.
• Prepare and ensure all quarterly/annual Supplier payments are accurate and are paid in a timely manner.
• Respond/handle the panel, returned cheques, and payment inquires.
• Assist in yearly budget forecast.
• Maintain the CSM system for the Private Payer Suppliers business.
• Maintain custom information files, e.g. drug file, biologics.
• Maintain several different weekly, monthly and yearly reports for both internal and external clients.
• Maintain and request File Express set up and delivery.
• Review/edit/prepare the ODB, PDP and Reimbursement Quarterly reports.
• Research and prepare a portion of the semiannual Roundtable presentation.
• Complete adhoc analysis requests.
• Supply documentation for the Auditors
• Provide administrative support as required.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (in a quantitative, pharmacy or relevant Business Administration field) and a minimum of five (5) years related experience (business analysis, customer service).
• Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and customer service skills. Experience with MS Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required.
• Strong customer account management and account development experience required, including planning and presentation skills.  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Candidate must be fluent in both French and English.

Additional Requirements:

• Experience working within the healthcare industry is preferred. Experience with business intelligence tools preferred.
• Technical proficiency with relational databases as used by IQVIA or business intelligence tools preferred.
• Knowledge of current events and developments within the pharmaceutical marketplace, emphasizing issues concerning wholesalers, retailers, private and public payers.
