In return, we’ll help you build a career that you can feel passionate about. Basic Summary We are seeking an Archive Associate for our Biologics Testing Solutions site located in Horsham, PA.

Responsible for assembling, placement, retrieval and transfer of archived material in a secure and controlled access archive.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: Conform to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Laboratory Practice Regulations (GLPs).   Place and retrieve archived materials in a secure and controlled access archive Organize, files and retrieve study and facility records Perform and coordinate transfer of materials

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma of General Education Degree.   Associate’s degree or equivalent desired in business or administrative assistance discipline. 1-2 years of office experience or administrative/secretarial training required.   An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. Basic computer skills with departmental database, word processing and spreadsheet programs.   Must be organized, have attention to detail and possess good problem-solving skills.
