Sales Administrator

Job Overview
Provide support services to the organization's sales force.  This includes sales data and analytics and providing operational support to the team.

Essential Functions
• Supports sales operations such as resource planning, sales tracking and forecasting, customer relationship management, customer satisfaction programme, time sheet process or other operations processes
• Assist sales team by tracking, providing frequent reports, reporting progress and highlighting potential issues as opportunities
• Documents and coordinates commercial processes and systems rollouts
• Support in the coordination of marketing initiatives and/or events

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Sales or marketing administration experience; preferably in a MNC environment
• Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in PC applications, Excel and PowerPoint
• Quality-conscious and cost- efficient
• Keen eye for details, highly organized and motivated
• Effective team playing skills
