The Senior Recruitment Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition (TA) team with the execution of internal and external marketing projects, so we can attract qualified individuals With Heart™to join our organization.

Key Accountabilities

Recruitment Advertising CoordinationIndependently liaise between Parexel and the advertising agency to maintain resourcesAct as a consultant for the recruiters; understand sourcing challenges and develop creative solutionsGenerate and utilize warm leads; assist in the development of community-building programs for key audiences, such as alumni Content GenerationProactively brainstorm/develop new content for recruitment web properties on an ongoing basisMaintain a close working relationship with Corporate Marketing, Communications, and Learning & Development to leverage and share resources Collaborate with the team to maintain a social media presence for recruitmentCompetitive AnalysisMaintain expertise of the external labor market, macro-economic and competitive intelligence to build an effective external TA strategy for passive talentEvent PlanningPlan and execute hiring events and attendance at conferences—including both virtual and in-person Parexel- and industry-hosted eventsCoordinate the advertisement of events through leveraging TA assets and corporate marketing resources, such as social media Reporting/SupportEffectively communicate the recruitment marketing strategy to internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis Create/edit presentations using PowerPointReview and revise job postings for clarity and consistency in formattingAnalyze data from the ATS and other backend databases for ongoing and annual strategic planning Develop and maintain KPIs to measure the success of marketing campaignsQualificationsSkillsAbility to work autonomously and project manage tasks from start to completion, utilizing upfront strategic planning and measured milestonesExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to edit materials with strict attention to detailStrong prioritization skills Flexible and change oriented with respect to work assignments and new learningClient focused approach to work Willingness to work with multiple stakeholders and to value the importance of teamworkIntermediate level skill in Microsoft based applications—particularly PowerPoint and ExcelExperience with photo editing software and Adobe EducationBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required Language SkillsFluent in English (verbal and written)Minimum Work Experience5 years of experience within a fast-paced, professional and progressive environmentExposure to a recruitment or HR group is preferred by not requiredExperience in the use of databases, resume/candidate tracking systems and job boardsEmployment is contingent on disclosure of your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if relevant, proof of vaccination.EEO DisclaimerParexel is an equal opportunity employer.  Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to legally protected status, which in the US includes race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
