  Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Team here at Charles River are embarking on an exciting year of change in 2022 and are now seeking an experienced Talent Coordinator (Temporary Maternity cover 12-month contract) based at our site in Tranent, just south of Edinburgh.

The core responsibilities you can expect to be involved with as a (genius!) Talent Coordinator are: Assisting in the recruitment and selection process Preparing contracts of employment Processing resignations Supporting new employee on boarding Assisting with Educational Partner Events Data entry for our HR Information System (Talent Hub) Processing TA and HR invoices General administrative support services

•        Suitable relevant experience within a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role

•        Prior experience of maintaining an applicant tracking system

•        Excellent attention to detail

Charles River is committed to helping our partners expedite their preclinical drug development with exceptional safety assessment services, state-of-the-art facilities and expert regulatory guidance. From individual specialty toxicology and IND enabling studies to tailored packages and total laboratory support, our deeply experienced team can design and execute programs that anticipate challenges and avoid roadblocks for a smooth, efficient journey to market.  Each year approximately 120 investigational new drug (IND) programs are conducted in our Safety Assessment facilities.
