We are looking for an experienced and passionateSr. Consultant to join our Real World Insights team for PSP and Patient Pathway based in Milan. You will work with the Principal on the development and delivery of consulting projects and Patient Support Programs that help our pharma clients deeply understand the Patient Experience along all phases of the disease and enable better and faster access to therapy and correct adherence.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Principal with proposal drafting, document preparation, clients’ engagement and project management
  • Build close client relationships at the dedicated accounts, identify and qualify opportunities on assigned clients and/ or prospect.
  • Support projects activation, especially PSP projects, engaging healthcare stakeholders at Regional, LUHs and Hospital level
  • Conduct interviews to General Managers, Chief Medical Officers, Lab Directors, Physicians, Nurses etc.  in order to map challenges and improvement opportunities dealing with a given disease, clinical guidelines and real life patient journey
  • Map the Patient Pathway, identifying Healthcare settings and provisions, Patient touchpoints and Clinician unmet needs from this perspective
  • Develop process improvement recommendations and size their impact, in terms of clinical outcomes, cost of the treatments, social costs,…
  • Manage the preparation, execution and follow up of client workshops
  • Work independently and as part of a team, with responsibility for supervising junior team members

Requirements

  • Management Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or Economics degree with strong record of academic achievement
  • At least 6 year work experience gained preferably with a consulting firm specialized in the Healthcare sector or with a company of the Life Science Sector active in patient engagement initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and preferable experience in business process re- engineering
  • Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and summarize recommendations
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations with Power Point
  • Proficiency in English and Italian (both written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven stakeholder management experience
  • Excellent execution skills, consistently meeting deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines
  • Keenness to learn and commitment to a rapid development curve
  • Ability to work on a team
  • Fluent in English and Italian
