The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join the IQVIA Technologies team in Singapore to drive engagement for our cloud-based orchestrated commercial suite into life science companies in SE Asia. This new role will work with our range of offerings across Orchestrated Customer Engagement (CRM, Marketing Automation), Business Intelligence and Digital Enablement.

You will be responsible for helping to educate the customer during the sales cycle, understanding their needs and providing pragmatic solutions, which draw from the portfolio of technology offerings available within IQVIA and its partner network. You will participate in workshops, gather requirements, configure the solution, and be involved in customer success. Depending on the candidate, some project management may be involved.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify customer’s challenges and objectives and define the solutions that address these requirements and bring business value to the organization
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate products and solutions
  • Lead/Participate in client needs discovery workshops
  • Become a Trusted Advisor over time to our clients
  • Participate as a member of the solution delivery team in all aspects of executing successful project and building customer relationships
  • Prepare compelling, professional content for responses to RFP’s for prospective clients

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in either the life sciences, technology vendor or Consulting organisation working for life sciences,
  • Ability to define and propose ‘solution architecture’ to clients, addressing both business and IT stakeholders
  • Strong Knowledge of either CRM (preferred Salesforce.com), Business Intelligence or Digital Enablement/Transformation
  • Understanding of SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential as position is client facing
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
  • Energetic self-starter; able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel within SE Asia
