Job Purpose:

The primary role of the Partnership Solutions Manager is to provide senior level tactical management, sponsor management and leadership to project teams in order to ensure that the project proceeds on time and within budget. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the business in order to make effective decisions independently, with minimal interaction/supervision by the Line Manager. The Partnership Solutions Manager provides overall leadership of Medical Imaging initiatives and study programs to internal teams and sponsors to achieve operational excellence. The position may entail supporting the Operational Leads (Associate Director, Director, and Senior Director of Imaging Operations) with implementation of the functional groups strategic direction or to serve as the operational expert on therapeutic and account-specific strategy teams. This includes demonstrating project/program leadership capability, authority and therapeutic expertise by contributing actively to proposal development teams or by participating in sponsor bid defense or capabilities meetings. The position provides the sponsor with timely project status information and serves as the key operational interface between the sponsor and Medical Imaging. The position also provides regular departmental-level contributions such as sponsor portfolio management, business development support, documentation creation/revision (SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms, Templates, etc), staff mentoring and staff hiring.

Business Development Support:Supports Business Development during bid defense and capabilities meetings with sponsors

Staff mentoring and support:Manage day-to-day tactical issues related to study activitiesDocument best practices and share with Parexel and sponsor teams
