Position Description:
Qualified Contract Support Specialists will be responsible for supporting the Service Contracts department. Specifically tracking and validating parts ordered for remediation activities tied to repairs for medical devices.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages communication with customers regarding all orders and ensures timely execution and delivery of necessary equipment.
  • Responsible for all documentation, tracking, and updating of client orders, utilizing MS office.
  • Supports various divisions of the remediation department through frequent collaboration in a team-oriented domain.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree and 3 years related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Moderate customer support exposure is required.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of MS Office and proficient with MS Excel and/or other similar databases
  • Must be project oriented, self-directed and a strong team player
  • Have the ability to solve practical problems and withstand a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram.
  • Can quickly learn new products, applications and systems.
  • Comfortable working in an environment that is constantly evolving.
  • Remote requirements – internet access and a place to work uninterrupted.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of SAP functionality is an advantage
  • Experience within the healthcare setting is an advantage
