Traineeship Description:

This position reports to the Engagement Manager/ Senior Consultant/Consultant. The trainee will have the opportunity to work with experienced consultants to support the design, development and delivery of consulting projects to our clients in the healthcare industry. Assignments range in complexity from evaluating and scoping opportunities, research analysis and problem solving to assisting the development of recommendations for clients.

Following the trainee program, the successful trainee will be able to apply for roles such as Analyst or Associate Consultant.

Specific Responsibilities:

1.Assisting with business development (e.g. opportunities identification and scoping) and proposal writing for untapped client segments

2.Conducting primary and secondary research, and performing quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify client issues and develop findings and client recommendations

3.Support project delivery e.g. creating reports, presentations and other client deliverables, and leading client meetings and workshops

4.Developing broad knowledge of related consulting methodologies through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities

Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee will learn during SGUnited Traineeship Programme:

1. Gain an understanding of consulting methodologies

2. Gain experience with project delivery e.g. creating reports, presentations and other client deliverables, and leading client meetings and workshops
