Assoc Mgr, Software QA

Essential Functions
• Reports to the Department Head of Quality Assurance or Quality Assurance Manager
• Assists in maintaining the QMS
• Assists with internal audits and implementation of appropriate CAPAs when needed
• Assists with training records and job descriptions to ensure people working on SAAS offerings or software development are qualified to their intended job
• Preparing new and revising existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) owned
by Quality Assurance.
•Review of SOPs written by other teams.
•Support of business units in their day to day operations advising in best practices
for validation activities.
•Audits:
o Face clients and deal with client questions arising during a client audit,
respond to client audit report.
o Carry out audits of external suppliers and prepare reports.
o Carry out internal audits of company to ensure compliance with current
standards (SOPs) and prepare reports.
•Liaising with other departments to assist in their response to customer queries and
complaints.
• Duties as assigned by the management

Qualifications
•   At least three years of experience in quality assurance and/or quality management
