Job Overview :

  • Operational management responsibility for the Patient Data team and longitudinal data offering (LTD)
  • Client facing / Support of Sales teams and Managers of consulting teams in business development related to patient data offering
  • Solid understanding of resources, operational processes and applications to ensure quality of deliverables.

Role Description:

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders in coordination of data collections
  • Project management and supervision of works / deliverables produced by the team Patient Data in coordination with the CES consulting team, ensuring that deliverables meet customer specifications including timeliness and quality.
  • Management of local and offshore teams dedicated to patient data offering
  • Support in complex projects related to patient data offering.
  • Assistance of team with questions relating to longitudinal patient data, including interpretation of variables, methodology, caveats to data results, and information usage recommendations
  • Contribution to business development related to longitudinal patient data (LTD), in coordination with sales team and consulting teams
  • Involvement in innovations and R&D related to patient data offering in coordination with R&D team and the LTD product manager as well as punctually with some external medical stakeholders
  • Member of the IQVIA operational data governance committee, ensuring CNIL / GDPR compliance
  • Competitive intelligence: Knowledge of current events and developments within the pharmaceutical industry with special focus on longitudinal patient data offerings

Candidates requirements and selection criteria;

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years related experience in pharmaceutical industry or pharmaceutical information experience including activity or management experience
  • Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
  • Demonstrates problem solving, analytical, business acumen, time management, organization, and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) with various levels of the organization
  • Ability to communicate in english (written + spoken)
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
  •  Knowledge of consulting methods, tools and techniques, related to one’s functional area
  • Knowledge of CNIL / GDPR regulations related to the use of patient data would be appreciated
