The Corporate Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter is responsible for high volume sourcing, recruiting, and referring of best-qualified candidates for vacantgeneral adminstrativepositions in an efficient and fiscally responsible manner. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree 4 years of relevant HR experience of which 2 years must be in a highvolume recruitment setting in a corporate or staffing environment or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: High level of proficiency in the areas of sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing with a solid knowledge of human resources law and theory Must have excellent computer skills, with the ability to utilize Microsoft products efficiently, and have the ability to data mine on the internet Must be comfortable with cold calling and networking into the competitor Excellent knowledge of CRO industry with an ability to assess candidate skills in relation to the positions recruited for Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills Good analytical and project management skills Strong customer focus, with the ability to work with all levels of management Demonstrated ability to apply rational thought process, judgment, and a corporate perspective when focusing staffing and selections strategies on business issues Must be able to multitask and pay close attention to detail
