Purpose 
To perform and support in manual testing activities of functionality requirements including data setup, Test execution and review during validation of the study for a Client. To analyze the client requirements to develop test plans and validate the study/SCR based on the functionality.

Responsibilities 
• Supports and perform review activities during testing as needed in a project.  • Executes testing strategy by taking into account risk, time and other factors • Executes test cases by following the test scripts and report bugs. • Creates test cases for simple change requests based on impact analysis. • Attend to all related documentation as per processes • Demonstrates understanding through prior study knowledge/experience. • Treat others with care, respect and consideration regardless of their position or status • Understands role and contribution relative to project objectives • Understands the complexity inherent across geographies and cultural or regional boundaries. • Regularly uses company's global knowledge systems

Skills & Competencies 
• Knowledgeable of testing phases and approaches, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end. • problem-solving skills that allow them to test software, identify bugs, and solve errors • Knowledge with SQL, Web application testing • Knowledge/experience with reviewing requirements and developing test cases based on requirements • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced start-up environment • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are critical • The ability to work as a team player is essential • Initiative and the ability to work with minimal guidance • Knowledge and experience of IVR and IWR applications is a plus

Education & Experience 
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred • 0-1 years of software development and/or testing experience required.  • Experience in Clinical Domain is an added advantage. 

Technical Skill Set Requirement 
• Trained with SQL, Testing (Web application testing) • Knowledge/experience with reviewing requirements and developing test cases based on requirements • Black box testing knowledge/experience at the regression, integration and system levels
