We have an exciting opportunity available to join our team.</span≥<br /≥<span≥ </span≥<br /≥<span≥We are looking to recruit Sourcing Manager - Vendors contracts to join our team in UK or Slovakia.</span≥</p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥ </p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥<span≥Responsibilities: </span≥</p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥ </p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥<span≥A Sourcing Manager in this role acts as a clinical vendor contracts negotiator.  This person is responsible for gathering and validating business and legal requirements, negotiating solutions with internal stakeholders, negotiating agreements with vendors, reading and properly analyzing sponsor and vendor contracts, drafting contractual language, resolving vendor or internal issues related to vendors, and performing all other duties related to entering into contracts with clinical vendors.</span≥</p≥<h2≥Education/Qualifications:</h2≥<ul≥<li≥4-year degree required.  Advanced degree (Law or Business) is preferred but not required.</li≥</ul≥<h2≥Experience:</h2≥<ul≥<li≥3-5 years experience with vendor negotiation, contract interpretation, contract drafting in a very fast paced, detail oriented environment.</li≥</ul≥
