•    Ensure that  Q² Solutions is the lab of choice for the assigned key client/account.
•    Achieve targeted bookings for assigned therapy areas
•    First point of contact for all new studies to ensure initiation of Early Engagement process and identify potential Q² Solutions up selling opportunities 
•    Responsible for participation in the development and support of customer sales initiatives; activities to include, proposal and budget development, commercial feasibility of potential studies/programs and impact on company operations and goals.
•    Coordinate sales opportunities with Scientific Affairs, Project Services, Data Management, Lab Operations, Supply Chain and other functions that support Q² Solutions
•    Lead the review of assigned therapy area pipelines, opportunities pending, and future needs in support of resource forecasts of Q² Solutions operational departments providing resources to the assigned key client/account. Responsible for coordinating response to all RFI’s and RFP’s
•    Liaise with the assigned key client/account. and with the relevant client teams.  Ensure client's satisfaction with Q² Solutions products and services
•    Ensure the profitability of the assigned key client/account relationships to maximize revenue
•    Triage customer issues and develop plans to address them;  work collaboratively with internal resources to resolve problems
