Global Credit Controller

Global Credit Controller contributes to the cash flow of the company through the collection of funds on behalf of the Operations Finance department, issuing statements to sponsors, supervising collection staff, facilitating the resolution of queries enables to achieve DSO optimizing initiatives. Analyze forecasts, cash flow, profitability, account ledgers, risk management and financial exposure. Supervise global company in collection of accounts receivables. Reduce overdue AR balances and issue accurate statements on a timely basis and pro-actively escalating risks, both internally and externally. Responsible for providing accurate reporting to senior management on key performance indicators, DSO, Cash Flow projections, and AR fluctuations. Work with colleagues across multiple departments and lead global operations teams to achieve financial goals and process improvements.

Education and Experience: BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or Related Field or equal Accounting/Treasury/Credit Control experience Previous experience in collections and management of clients’ accounts Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Cash application and posting expertise Previous analysis of income statements and balance sheets. Demonstrable experience/understanding of sales ledger process and effective cash movement principles. Experience in a role that requires proactive, tactful client interaction.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Ability to provide quick and succinct data analysis utilizing various financial systems. Maintain high level debt meetings with all levels from analysts to Directors. Strong time management and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to produce well presented, clear and accurate documentation. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (written and oral communication) and in professional manner. Strong MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel pivot tables
