<h2≥Job Overview:</h2≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥<strong≥Job Summary:</strong≥</p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥ </p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥The incumbent functions as coordinator, monitor and liaison between CCLS Operations (Kit Production, Procurement, Sourcing, Project Management, Laboratory Operations, Investigator Services, and Kit Inventory Center), the corresponding BML service functions and their affiliates (BMW) as well as multiple third party vendors to ensure compliance to the "Covance Way" and to support in country Japanese Collection Kit for clinical trials in Japan managed by CCLS to achieve business and operational objectives.</p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥ </p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥The incumbent focuses on key areas such as Speciment Collection Kit Production and Specimen Collection Kit Customization related activities (communication between local vendors, partners and CCLS Indianapolis Kit Production group), Laboratory Operations (IT related, reagents, liaison with departmental experts) and Procurement/Sourcing (vendors, product specifications).</p≥<h2≥Education/Qualifications:</h2≥<h2≥<span style="font-size: 10pt;"≥Minimum Required:</span≥</h2≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥<span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"≥Two (2) year associate degree or equivalent</span≥</p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥ </p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥<span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"≥<strong≥<span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;"≥Language Skills Required:</span≥</strong≥</span≥</p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥ </p≥<ul≥<li style="margin-left: .25in;"≥<span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"≥Writing/Reading:</span≥<ul≥<li style="margin-left: .75in;"≥<span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"≥English</span≥</li≥<li style="margin-left: .75in;"≥<span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"≥Japanese</span≥</li≥</ul≥</li≥</ul≥<h2≥Experience:</h2≥<ul≥<li≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥<span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"≥Preferred two (2) years of experience in coordinator and/or production role(s) or commensurate education and/or industry experience.</span≥</p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥<span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"≥Preferred two (2) years of experience in other professional role(s)</span≥</p≥</li≥<li≥<span style="font-size: 14.6667px;"≥Experience in working directly with both Japanese external clients and international internal/external clients in both Japanese and in English preferred.</span≥</li≥</ul≥
