We are looking a Client Service Manager to join our amazing team!

Principal responsibilities:

  • Accountability for customer success of medium-large scale, multi-country, or multi-offering technology service engagement

  • Drive customer satisfaction and engagement profitability

  • Run recurring service & business reviews with customer HQ/Affiliates, supporting them on their business journey

  • Collates, reviews, and presents service/support performance statistics to client and internal stakeholders

  • Continuously improve the overall services and act as an escalation point for the customer services lead(s)

  • Take ownership to address/de-escalate critical client situations

  • Broadens and deepens strategic client relationships within the accounts

  • Utilizes commercial skills, client relationship and service excellence to identify up-sell opportunities.

  • Involves IQVIA sales and business development contacts to progress such opportunities.

  • Build effective relationships with a large spectrum of internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and associates across different functions.

  • These include IQVIA go to market, sales, product, implementation, and support teams.

  • Create strategic approaches to design, deliver, manage, and improve the way client’s businesses uses our products and services

Desirable skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in client service/success management, across countries/offerings for Pharma industry

  • ITIL Framework/ ITIL certification

  • Knowledge and Experience in Salesforce platforms mandatory

  • Prior experience as a business analyst

  • Ownership, Accountability and Client focus

  • SLP/SLA definition and implementation skills 

  • C-suite communication skills

  • Fluency in English
