As the company is currently facing a growing demand for Local Market Access Services, we are currently looking for a Consultant to join our Real World Evidence team in Milan.

As a Consultant with IQVIA, you will be involved in development and delivery of consulting projects to help pharmaceutical companies develop successful market access strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting literature review
  • Developing Disease landscape, Competitors & HTA analysis
  • Defining Patient flow, Product positioning & target population
  • Defining Product’s Key Value Messages and Payer Value Propositions
  • Preparing Pricing and Reimbursement Dossiers (National & Regional) and Value Communication Tool
  • Managing the preparation, execution and follow up of client workshops
  • Adapting Budget Impact Models

Requirements

  • Scientific degree with strong record of academic achievement
  • A second degree in Market Access, Health Economics or relevant fields will be considered as a plus.
  • At least 3+ year work experience gained preferably with a consulting firm specialized in the Market Access field
  • Complete Understanding of the PRMA business model, drug development process, Italian health care system
  • Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and succinctly summarize recommendations
  • Line Management experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations with Power Point
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent execution skills, consistently meeting deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines
  • Keenness to learn and commitment to a rapid development curve
  • Ability to work on a team
