Associate Director, Operations

Job Overview
Provides the key client relationship to a major client or clients.  Grows revenue by leveraging the full IQVIA portfolio and identifying new business opportunities. Co-ordinates the sales, business & service lines at a regional level to ensure effective execution against client needs and IQVIA revenue targets.

Essential Functions
• Understand key priorities of the clients and manage the effective communication of their Business issues within IQVIA
• Understand client and corporate needs at a regional o country level and manage multiple priorities and complex relationships
• Develops strategy for expanding scope of existing contracts and identifying new Business and win back opportunities
• Identifies and lead the pursuit of the targeted new Business and contract expansion opportunities within assigned accounts
• Lead negotiations in renewing multi year contracts within assigned accounts
• Develops relationships with key stakeholders and decisión makers within assigned accounts
• Manage the overall relationship to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with product/Service offering
• Actively promotes the full IQVIA portfolio of products and services to anticípate and meet client needs
• Develops and execute accounts plans and monitors progress
• Adjust plans accordingly to consider new IQVIA product/services as well as significant changes to Business conditions

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree  Req
