As a Project Assistant/Senior Project Assistant, you will provide technical and administrative support to your assigned project team.You work with a high attention to detail, reviewing documentation, coordinating project details, creating and distributing meeting minutes, and maintaining data systems - all with a sense of urgency aligned with that of our customers.

Summarized Purpose:

The basic purpose of the Project Assistant is to provide technical support to the project team in our Risk Evaluation and Mitigation (REMS) department. You will coordinate non-clinical responsibilities of project administration as applicable to the client contract under the direction of the assigned Project Manager or Sr. Project Manager.

Essential Functions:

Taking meeting minutes and distributing to sponsor by agreed upon timelines

Preparing meeting agendas

Sending surveys to patients, providers and pharmacists

Validating survey respondents and tracking survey completions

Completing fulfillment of compensation for survey participants

Saving program documentation in document repository

Maintaining audit readiness of document repository

Managing team training records

Programming online stakeholder surveys in REMS database

Education and Experience:

Bachelors Degreeor equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills and abilities

3 years of clinical suppoort experience to be considered for a Senior Project Assistant

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail, with proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively

Flexibility to reprioritize workload to meet changing project timelines

Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to recognize an issue and determine options for resolution

Ability to effectively analyze project specific data/systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Responsible for adhering to FDA Good Clinical Practices, FDA regulations, PPD/Client Standard Operating Procedures and Working Practice Documents regulations for all aspects of REMS project implementation, execution, and closeout

Excellent English and grammar skills

Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ability to obtain knowledge and master all REMS database systems

Ability to mentor and train new Project Assistants as needed
