font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Job responsibilities include:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: windowtext;">Monitoring and overseeing analytical equipment within the BiopharmCMC chemistry department</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black;">Serve as the subject matter expert and main point of contact for equipment & process, with a focus on complex analytical instrumentation</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Arrange for installation and set-up of new analytical equipment</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Supervisory duties of junior team members to include induction, training, coaching and mentoring responsibilities</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Complete GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) quality records and all equipment documentation</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Arrange equipment purchases for the GMP or operations team, gathering quotes & contracts from appropriate service providers and executing PO submissions</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate with equipment vendors and internal operations to support & schedule instrument maintenance, ensuring vendors meet GMP compliance requirements & minimise instrument downtime</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Engage in improvement initiatives & continuous process improvements projects</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist Global Business Technologies and other areas of Global Laboratory Systems to assist in computer system validation</span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Educated to GCSE level or equivalent </span></li></ul><h2>Experience:</h2><ul><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience of working within a scientific laboratory and regulated environment would be preferable</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ideally some previous supervisory, staff management experience</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Computing skills, including word processing and use of spreadsheets (e.g. Microsoft Office packages and Microsoft Project)</span></li><li style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
