Project Coordinator (Clinical Operations) Partner with Clinical Trial Manager to coordinate daily study activities Central point of contact for internal and external team members

Regulatory Submissions Coordinator (RSC) Assist with the start-up of clinical research sites Collaborate with Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) Prepare regulatory documents, including Informed Consent Forms

Proposal Writer Evaluate Requests for Proposals (RFP) and determine the best approach for satisfying sponsor requirements Gather data and develop strategic proposals under strict timelines

Patient Recruitment Coordinator Implement various recruitment and advocacy strategies for clinical research studies Work effectively with the Medpace study team to discuss recruitment strategies and enrollment targets Utilize internal systems to track progress of media generated referrals and overall study enrollment

Feasibility Coordinator Perform research and analysis of data from both internal and publicly available sources to support planning for global clinical trials With the guidance of senior team members, develop scenarios for study execution and associated strategic text for proposal documents Support departmental process improvement initiatives and general departmental administrative functions

Project Coordinator (Data Monitoring) Partner with the Independent Data Monitoring Manager to provide administrative, logistical, and coordinating support for Data Monitoring Committees (DMCs) and Safety Assessment Committees (SACs) Act as a liaison between Clinical Operations, Sponsors, and DMC and SAC members

eClinical Coordinator Assist the Project Manager in system design and set-up Create study specific documents Track and provide key study metrics and project monitoring

Data Coordinator Clean the clinical database, which includes generating and resolving data clarifications Reconcile clinical data Perform QC audits on the clinical database

Imaging Project Coordinator Compile and maintain project-specific status reports and project timelines associated with Remote Biosensing Technologies or Imaging studies Maintain inventory of imaging supplies for study sites

All positions located in Cincinnati, OH. Some roles available in Dallas, TX and/or Denver, CO. Qualifications Minimum of Bachelor's degree in life science related field; advanced degree preferred; 3.0 GPA or higher Willing to be office-based in Cincinnati, OH, or Dallas, TX / Denver, CO Steady job tenure Why Medpace?
