  Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Project Manager for SEO and SEM. This position will work within our Corporate Marketing Department to be located at our facility in Wilmington, MA or remote.

The Digital Marketing Project Manager for SEO and SEM is responsible for identifying strategy and leading the implementation for search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM). Use current web analytics tools and incorporate additional resources such as software and external consultants to communicate performance and trends to drive strategic decisions on content and functionality. As the project manager, lead the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment corporate goals within and between businesses of the public website.

The following are the responsibilities related to theDigital Marketing Project Manager, SEO:

Support and execute SEO and SEM strategy to enhance the standing of the company website in organic and paid search listings Review search rankings and performance across the major search engines, including country-specific search engines for translated content, to develop a strategic plan for optimizing appropriate web pages for key branded and generic terms Evaluate paid search campaigns and optimize as needed to improve ROI Evaluate redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other metrics to improve KPIs Provide analysis and recommendations for website content and metadata, and implement as needed Prepare and present reports regularly to enact change Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner Stay up-to-date and share the latest SEO, SEM, and digital marketing latest trends and best practices with the team Work with web developers, 3rd party vendors, and marketing teams to properly implement SEO and SEM best practices Manage, maintain, and provide training on software and tools used for SEO and SEM Continually suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization Perform all other related duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

The following are the qualifications related to theDigital Marketing Project Manager, SEOposition:

Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in communications, marketing, journalism/English, advertising, or related discipline. Experience: 4+ years of directly-related marketing communications experience, including web content, SEO, and SEM An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. Certification/Licensure: Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Conductor Searchlight certifications a plus. Other: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google AdWords, Drupal or similar content management systems, Conductor or similar SEO tools, and Microsoft Office products required.
