RSU Global Operations Assoc. Manager (Remote)

Our Global RSU department is looking for a Global Operation Assoc. Manager to manage, analyze and provide accurate data for Global RSU team to make informed decisions and ensure customer satisfaction related to assigned project.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Global support to LRSU Leadership Team in department priorities, organizational tasks, activities follow up and execution.
• Monitor LRSU Goals and Objectives and KPIs, analyzing and identifying improvement opportunities in the KPI reporting metrics.
• Support department priorities by assisting in tools development for leadership, maintaining current controls accurate.
• Connect with project teams at global and country level to drive execution of stablished priorities

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to challenge.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team player.
• Good regulatory and/or technical writing skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret relevant data.
• Proactive/high autonomy level.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

·Bachelor's degree in administrative, financial  or related field with 3 years relevant experience in a scientific or clinical environment.

· English Advance Level required.
