The FP&A Manager will be responsible for managing the Switzerland and Israel region FP&A Finance Function in all areas of forecasting and provision of management information.

This includes the monthly forecast and annual planning cycles, as well as in ad-hoc requests. Regularly adapting to new reporting requirements and processes to support the region through significant change.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Manages all aspects of planning and estimation processes related to annual budgeting and strategic plans as well as monthly forecasts. Plays a super-user role in the various reporting and forecasting tools (Hyperion, SAP, Oracle Cloud, SFDC) to ensure timely and accurate submission of information.
  • Play a key role in the Switzerland and Israel Finance team, providing comprehensive, accurate and consistent reporting. Provides financial analysis for business/function and strategic plans, budget and forecast process. Performs monthly analysis of results to provide insight to management. Creates and evaluates key financial indicators that provide financial and business insight to management.
  • Provides ad hoc reporting and analysis to stakeholder to support key KPI management including revenue, pipeline, project profitability, EBITDA and FTE.
  • Develop strong relationships with both the regional sales and commercial teams, as well as the wider EMEA Finance & Operations team. Collaborates to ensure best-in-class processes are in place to provide maximum value with minimum administration. 
  • Understand the data structure of IQVIA in order to maintain reporting accuracy and to be able to translate business requests into reports that support management insights and decisions.
  • Supports the transition to the IQVIA future-state Enterprise systems, including the roll-out of the new ERP system and change to the management reporting architecture.
  • Prepare and perform comprehensive quality checks on every report as standard; troubleshoot issues and find solutions as required; propose process improvements to minimize occurrence of issues
  • Challenge the current ways of working and provide alternative solutions to improve quality and efficiency of processes.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in analytical subject and experience in an analytical role. Must be IT literate, with experience of financial reporting or accounting packages, advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Proven experience of maintaining a high volume of Excel reports.
  • Experience in manipulating large financial data sets and working with BI / dashboarding tools.
  • Proficient English
