Study Worker Support Line

IQVIA are urgently recruiting customer focused individuals to join our Covid Infection Survey. Working remotely, the Study Worker Support Line Team offer full support to the Field Managers and Study Workers with any issues they may have with their participant visits.

An analytical approach to problem solving and an empathetic approach is vital for this role. You should have good written and oral communication skills and a strong desire to help others.

As the role is home-based, you must have access to a quiet space, where you can work undisturbed, along with good internet connectivity.

Study Worker Support line responsibilities:

• To fully support Field Manager/Study Worker in their role. Able to rectify issues such as duplicate visits, misaligned households, missing visits, split households
• Be able to multi task and prioritise as most calls handled have multiple issues
• Excellent IT skills are needed for this role, CRM system knowledge is preferential
• Need excellent attention to detail and accuracy and be able to escalate appropriately when necessary
• Customer service skills/telephone manner are a must!! Team player, also able to work under own initiative
• Helpline will be open 8am -8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday so shifts will be required
• Averaging over 50 calls per person per shift
