Our FIA (Formulary Impact Analyzer) & LAAD (Longitudinal Access & Adjudication Data) consulting practice is focused on commercial issues in the U.S. pharmaceutical industry, providing strategic analyses to all levels of business at pharmaceutical manufacturers. The Role of a FIA/LAAD Sr Consultant:

Client Service recruit Analysts/Consultants with relevant work experience in consulting, data analytics, or the life sciences industry with appropriate educational background. The analytic rigor, leadership, and creativity of our Analysts/Consultants’ work is critical to the success of our engagement teams.

As a Consultant you’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting clients who receive FIA & LAAD deliverables, either through the on-line tools or with their data files via phone, online or onsite client visits 
  • Synthesizing results and recommendations from the evaluation of secondary data on markets, physicians, patients, and competitive products
  • Performing analyses on “Big Data” to derive trends, conclusions, and actionable recommendations for clients
  • Training clients on the use of the various on-line tools available to them
  • Creating reports, presentations and other client deliverables
  • Presenting to client audiences in face-to-face meetings and via teleconference
  • Building professional relationships with members of the client team
  • Follow SOPs for client communications and documentation; ensure accurate client business rules and reporting requirements are used to create the client deliverables as well as advising clients on their change requests
  • Actively review deliverables (where possible) before they are sent to clients to identify potential data issues
  • Proactively developing knowledge of the healthcare industry and consulting methodologies
  • Developing, implementing and monitoring service level agreements and overall client satisfaction

An ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2-4 years of work experience in consulting, data analytics, or other relevant areas within the life sciences industry
  • An interest in and desire to learn about the constantly evolving healthcare industry
  • Good client management, communication, project management, time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent conversational and business English (written and oral)
  • Excellent MS Office skills e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel (SQL is a plus)
  • A willingness or ability to travel as needed (15%-20% on average)
