The Patient Advocacy Manager position is a unique role at Parexel. In this role, they will deploy the Patient Advocacy Group (PAG) and patient community (PC) engagement service in order to support inclusion of patient feedback, enhance trial awareness and inform market access strategies. To accomplish this, the Patient Advocacy Manager will map and engage relevant PAGs and PCs, grow and evolve the offering and ensure excellent performance against business and project goals.

With a “can do” attitude, they will provide their guidance to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget, to the highest quality, and compliant with Parexel processes and ICH GCP guidelines.QualificationsSkillsPassion for improving the patient experience in clinical trialsDemonstrated ability to successfully manage a full workload across multiple projects. Knowledge and ExperienceHave a sound knowledge of patient advocacy group engagement within public affairs role at sponsor/CROGood understanding of the health technology development and access processesAbility to apply good judgment and lead problem solving within the teamWillingness to travel (up to 25%) mainly in North AmericaKnowledge of Mandarin and/or Spanish will be considered as a plus
