Job Overview
Develops and implements internal or external IT projects and programs

Responsibilities 
•    Plans, develops, coordinates and assists with project activities through all project phases; allocates, obtains and manages resources and project management tools to achieve project objectives; and creates and implements assessment processes to enforce timely completion of programs in accordance with established standards and requirements

Minimum required education and experience
• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or related discipline, or knowledge acquired through equivalent experience 

Required knowledge, skills and abilities
• Two (2) years’ experience in systems analysis/application programming 
• As an alternative to the experience requirements listed above, requires basic job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education related experience in Information Technology.
