The Manager – FP&A manages financial planning and analysis activities to identify risks and opportunities and contributes to the achievement of the organizations both short and long-term financial goals.

•Prepares detailed analyses for consolidated reports on revenue, backlog, and authorization information for senior management.

•Uses sophisticated models in support of deep analytics.

•Develops key performance metrics and associated analytical tools to explain metrics.

•Assesses the budgeting and forecasting process statistically to better inform accuracy and risks.

•Collaborates with various departments and business units across the organization to provide value-added analytical and critical thinking on ad hoc projects.

•Ensures consistency and application of budgeting and forecasting processes and policies.

•Manages staff, which may include interviewing and selection, job description preparation, professional development, goal setting, performance management, coaching and mentoring, employee counseling, and separations.

•Approves courses of action on salary administration, hiring, corrective action, and terminations.Reviews and approves time records, expense reports, requests for leave, and overtime.

•Bachelor's degree in Finance / Business or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to5 years).

•1 year of leadership responsibility

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

•Strong project leadership and consultancy skills with ability to function as an effective and respected partner to internal clients

•Effective management skills

•Broad knowledge of accounting/financial principles and best practices with effective analytical and quantitative skills Demonstrated business acumen with ability to understand complex organizational structures and environments

•Proven ability to research and analyze financial statements to investigate and explain variances

•Advanced level of skill in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation of data

•Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization • Ability to effectively balance and deliver against competing demands

•Ability to effectively leverage financial systems • Skilled in financial modeling and valuation analysis

•Knowledge of SEC reporting requirements and necessary documentation related to Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act
