Responsible for assisting site management in implementing and supporting initiatives that support operational excellence, growth, and other key strategic plans.  Improve process performance focusing on revenue growth/retention, cost reduction and risk mitigation.   Supports site Project Manager in gathering resources and information to implement upcoming projects.     Job Qualifications Assist site PM in solving key business issues and implement targeted solutions using Lean Six Sigma, problem-solving methodologies and other tools as appropriate. Support project teams in creation and documentation of process mapping activities. Maintain a tool aimed at tracking project status, deliverables, and cost savings/benefits. Assist in monitoring projects post-implementation to ensure sustainability of solutions and to confirm predicted benefits and cost savings. Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings. Assist in ensuring that appropriate resources are acquired, scheduled, and utilized for all projects. Escalate challenges in progressing projects to site PM as necessary. Support learning of process improvement methodologies on site via direct delivery or coordination of formal and informal training. Serve as project owner, as designated by the PM. Lead/assist in timely execution of internal error investigations Manage project-related documents by ensuring all necessary materials are current and properly maintained.

Education:  Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in a related discipline.  Project management coursework preferred

Experience:  2+ years of relevant process improvement/project management experience required.  

Certification/Licensure:  Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher in DMAIC, Lean or Design for Six Sigma methodologies preferred
