Site Intelligence Analyst I

Job Description

The role of the Site Intelligence Analyst is to program Parexel surveys for both pre award and post award work in Parexel's pipeline as well as process investigative site lists in support of site intelligence, feasibility and site selection.

The role provides technical expertise and operational coordination for Site Intelligence Data Assets and Systems. Proficiency with database applications is needed.

Main Responsibilities:

-Program Parexel Surveys

-Process investigative site lists

-Support maintenance of data assets (e.g. IMPACT Harmony Investigator Database)

-Support growth of data assets (e.g. IMPACT Harmony Investigator Database)

-Analyze data on site inventory to determine outreach requirements to ensure an adequate pool of investigators to meet Parexel's needs.

-Develop and coordinate Investigator outreach plans to expand and improve the global pool of qualified investigators.

-Execute and QC necessary data imports from external and other systems as needed.QualificationsJob Qualification Advanced computer skills including MS-Office products such as Word, Excel, and familiarity with database applications. Accurate and detail-oriented. Strong organizational skills, polished communication manner. Sound interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to trouble shoot issues and to make decisions independently based on judgment and with input from manager. Ability to work successfully in a virtual global team Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail. Effective time management in order to meet daily metrics or team objectives. Client focused approach to work. Database experience in a clinical research setting a plus Competent in written and oral English University degree in life science, computer science or equivalent experience
