Summary:

This person heads a group of Imaging Specialist. This includes maintaining staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; implementing enforcing systems, policies and procedures. The job entails organizing and directing the daily activities concerned to the Image Operation, participates in Process Improvement and Technical Operations when required.

Job Description:

* As a Supervisor, the employee is expected to recognize the importance of and create a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.

* Effective end-to-end people management; Mentoring and Career Development

* *Acts in a proactive and responsive manner to deliver project specific requirements within timelines.

* *Responsible for reporting Department metrics.

* Personnel management through clear direction and communication.

* *Acts as a coach and a mentor in training personnel and sharing expertise.

* *Development and implementation of workflow and training aids.

* Provide technical support where required

* *Process management and monitoring.

* *Establishes good relationships internally and externally.

* Participate in BD activities as appropriate.

* *Controls cost through effective planning of department budget.

* *Department resource management through task assignments and distribution of work.

* *Department planning through analysis of available information.

* *Continual review / improvement of departmental processes.

* *Responsible for ensuring all procedure manuals are updated as per SOP.

* Travel (approximately 10%) domestic and/or international.

Requirements:Must possess a Degree in RadiologyMust possess experience in Medical ImagingExperience in People management would be an advantageLocation: Chennai, Office Based
