Sr.Data Management Coordinator

<h2>Job Overview:</h2><p style="margin: 0px;">• Act as a data liaison between Clinical Data Management and all other Labcorp departments and business units.<br />• Manage moderate client queries.<br />• Provide general support to lead Data Managers<br />• Create standard data transfer format(s) in compliance with client requests while adhering to both internal processes and regulatory standards.<br />• Provide ongoing data management support during study maintenance.<br />• Ensure uninterrupted client service.<br />• Record data transfer activities and maintain protocol portfolios as required to track workload and productivity.<br />• Work in collaboration with Clinical Data Manager personnel to assist in day to day activities as assigned.<br />• Ability to work on moderate to complex client specific task assignments. <br />• Other duties as assigned.<br />• Effective Communication skills—written and oral English (including proper email etiquette)<br />• Microsoft Office proficient<br />• Problem solving proficiency<br />• Time management skills<br />• Capable of working with multiple interruptions (multi-tasking)<br />• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely and professional manner under demanding conditions<br />• Strong Attention to Detail <br />• Team player<br />• Flexibility to reprioritize tasks as needed<br />• Good follow-up skills<br />• Ability to make decisions independently (Lead/take initiative)<br />• Self-motivated (work independently and proactively)<br />• Labcorp database experience<br />• Understanding of company background.</p><h2>Education/Qualifications:</h2><p style="margin: 0px;">Bachelor's Degree (Lifescience graduate with sound technical knowlege or Programming/Technical background with healthcare experience). Clinical research Domain experience is preferable.</p><h2>Experience:</h2><p style="margin: 0px;">Atleast 1.5 to 2 years in relevant industry. Healthcare and Programming experience like SQL, SAS or Microsoft Visual Basics, Microsoft excel advanced capabality - ability to program complex macros and pivots.</p>
