Parexel has a great opportunity for a Pricing Analytics Manager to join our global team. The Pricing Analytics Manager will develop sponsor-specific rate cards and functional service provider (FSP) rates for use in budgets and contracts. He/she will a ssist in process/workflow and tool improvements, and demonstrate leadership in the resolution of pricing issues.

Key Accountabilities: Work with operations, business development and proposals for establishing sponsor specific rates while negotiating MSAs with customers.Evaluates and reviews Customer requested rate changes and based upon department guidelines; escalates deviations to department leadership.Works with Commercial Finance and Commercial Operations to analyze commercial packages for sponsor deliverablesDevelops bill and cost rates for functional service provider (FSP) strategic pricing opportunities.Maintains central repository of customer specific bill rates that is well organized and updated according to MSA.Maintains bill and cost rate templates (for use in generating sponsor specific rate cards, and in template format for downstream systems)Works closely with Proposals to complete RFI/RFPs for customer related requests involving bill rates and other commercial offerings.Recommends to senior management ways to implement improvements to the processes and systems.Performs quality control reviews on documents as assigned.QualificationsQualified candidates will possess:B.A./B.S., preferably in business/finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.2-3 years work experience in a contract research organization or the pharmaceutical industry preferred.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel as well as Proficiency in other Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, PowerPoint)Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, flexibility, organizational and interpersonal skills, team-oriented and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and understand and carry out detailed instruction and the ability to work concurrently on several projects, each with specific instructions that may differ from project to project.Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet critical deadlines is necessary.Ability to interact with staff from multiple departments.Excellent written/oral communication and organizational skills.EEO DisclaimerParexel is an equal opportunity employer.  Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to legally protected status, which in the US includes race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
