Associate Imaging Specialist

Essential Function

Responsible for administrative tasks associated with all phases of medical imaging projects. Act as liaison with investigator site personnel to provide initial site contact, ongoing support and study supplies for specific projects. Maintain a database of medical imaging data and associated results.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist with site qualification process

• Ship supplies as needed

• Escalate issues as needed

• Responsible for performing data entry and maintenance of Calyx MI applications

• Perform project specific tasks in compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP), regulatory requirements (21CFR Part 11), applicable departmental and companywide SOPs, and project specific protocols

• Ability to prioritize and manage time sensitive tasks for multiple projects

• Ongoing site correspondence over the duration of the clinical trial

• Responsible for uploading imaging data to Calyx MI applications

• Main contact for site communication

• Perform other duties as required by the position.QualificationsSkills

• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (experience with Excel is preferred)

Education

• High School Diploma, undergraduate degree preferred

Language Skills

• (Applicable for Germany): Proficient in the English language

Minimum Work Experience

• One year professional administrative experience preferred.
