Position Purpose:

We are looking for a passionate Panel Specialist to join us at our Madrid Production Hub office!

The primary focus of the role will be to ensure panel growth and member engagement.

If you want to play a key role in a multi-country, dynamic and committed team this could be the role for you!

What to expect:

  • Represent IQVIA and its panel program in front of HCPs (calls, emails).
  • Increase doctor’s engagement.
  • Maintain database updated.
  • Recruit target doctors via different means of communication (phone, email, etc.).
  • Promote HCP collaboration in market research studies based on established standards.
  • Initiate follow-up calls with HCPs to achieve maximum rate of return, participation in market research studies or additional information.
  • Recruit target doctors and follow-up on their participation in market research studies via different means of communication (phone, email).
  • Take care of customer service with HCPs.
  • Assist with project tasks that require high HCP involvement (such as pilots, call backs)
  • Work closely with Community Manager to identify recruitment and engagement strategies.
  • Effectively work and communicate with a multi-cultural and cross-functional team.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Native or bilingual level of Spanish is required.
  • Native or Bilingual level of English is required.
  • Bilingual level of another language such as Italian, Portuguese, Dutch are welcome.
  • Past experience in panel or community management is an advantage.
  • Very good communicator.
  • Commercial drive.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to work in a multitask environment.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good skills with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
