Clinical Payments Specialist - FSP

3 days office - 2 days homebased.

Office located: Warsaw

Primary Responsibilities:Support the team members through the life cycle of a clinical trial from study start-up to study closure, performing the following duties:Interact with internal and external stakeholders (study sites, vendors, etc.) in support of clinical study objectives.Payment calculation and execution.Tracking and reporting negotiations.Ensuring compliance with financial procedures.Maintenance of tracking tools and systems.Collate, distribute and archive clinical documents.Assist with electronic Trial Master File reconciliation.Qualifications· Desirable: financial, legal, or similar.

· Polish fluent, English communicative in speech, reading and writing.

· Executing payments in particular payments in clinical studies will be added advantage.

· Good level of knowledge of Excel, Word.
