Submission for the position: Director / Sr. Director, Partnership Solutions - Regional Home based - (Job Number: 169623)Directs partnership pursuits by establishing the framework for the opportunity and translates strategy into deliverables. This position is responsible to drive a core internal team in executing strategic framework and ensures collective messaging and cohesive strategy including client, competition, and market insights.

Develops engagement plans and creates targeted messages/documents using client intelligence framework.Collaborates with internal and external stakeholder as needed, to develop a strategic approach for partnerships.Assesses partnership solutions against complex customer needs.Directs the completion of agreed action plans for complex opportunities to support decision points and processes.Establishes the Strategic Proposal and Marketing team interactions in creating a professional written summary and client presentation.Determines effective transition to internal teams when applicable.Develops solutions to highly complex and unique issues that impact and address future concepts and customer needs.As an expert in the field, uses and can develop professional concepts in developing resolution to critical issues and broad design matters.

Normally requires management review at this level.Exercises wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.Complete latitude for independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.Interacts with senior management, and others concerning matters of significance to the company.Serves as a consultant and as an external spokesperson for the organization on highly significant matters.Creates formal networks internally and externally with decision makers. *LI-LC1

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalentPrevious experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 15 years).

Extensive experience in developing integrated solutions to complex problems.Demonstrated ability to develop a compelling selling narrative.Broad understanding of drug development, clinical research and/or operationsExcellent ability to articulate strategy into actionable deliverables and drive resultsAbility to challenge status quo and propose alternatives (critical thinking)Business Strategy and financial acumenAbility to build and utilize broad and strong networksExecutive presencePlans and completes work in line with company prioritiesProven ability to challenge the team to create a persuasive presentationExcellent communication skills

Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment. Occasional drives to site locations with occasional travel both domestic and international.Physical Requirements:

Frequently stationary for 6-8 hours per day. Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists. Frequent mobility required. Occasional crouching, stooping, bending and twisting of upper body and neck. Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs. Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf.Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.Frequently interacts with others to obtain or relate information to diverse groups.Works independently with little guidance or reliance on oral or written instructions and plans work schedules to meet goals.

Requires multiple periods of intense concentration.Performs a wide range of variable tasks as dictated by variable demands and changing conditions with little predictability as to the occurrence. Ability to perform under stress.

Ability to multitask.Regular and consistent attendance.
